Contractor Status

The Contractor is responsible for paying all taxes, including federal and state income tax, social security, and self-employment taxes. .
Scope Of Work
The Contractor agrees to provide services for building brick mailboxes as specified in work orders issued by the Company. .
The Contractor shall perform the work in a professional and workmanlike manner, using appropriate tools, materials, and techniques.
Work Orders
The Company will issue work orders to the Contractor specifying the project details, including design, location, and deadlines. The Contractor must complete the work according to the specifications in the work order and within the agreed timeframe.
Materials & Equipment
The Contractor is responsible for providing their own tools and equipment necessary to complete the projects.
